Research interests
With the background of applied mathematics and Informatics, I am interested in
applications of mathematics to real problems such as Traffic Modelling, Traffic control, ...
IN mathematics, I do researches on discrete and combinatorial optimization. Some key words for
my interests:
- Routing algorithms such as shortest path or k shortest paths
- Mixed traffic assignment modelling
- Discrete and combinatorial optimization
- Mixed traffic simulation

Current research
For this time, I am focusing on my PhD project named "Optimization of mixed traffic assignment model".
The projects try to make new model of traffic assignment for mixed traffic in developing countries such
as Vietnam, The Philippine, India,... It
includes following parts:
- Mixed traffic assignment modelling
- Optimization methods
- Data acquisition
- Trafficsimulation
Up to now, I made the first version of mixed traffic assignment model for traffic system in Hanoi.
I also found some potential research partners
